About
Josh LeComte, Founder
Josh started building at a young age as a remodeling contractor; rehabilitating and converting condos and apartments for property management companies in the Austin, Texas campus area. While studying for is degree in Engineering at the University of Texas, he worked hands on next to tradesmen and carpenters, obtaining a valuable perspective of the construction process. This rare mix of applied experience coupled with the high level of technical understanding gained from his formal education dictate the high quality standards of properties we build today.
After graduation, Josh moved back to his native town of Dallas as the business expanded into multifamily and commercial projects where higher production levels and more stringent demands tempered his project management skills and technical understanding of all aspects of construction. Since moving to Dallas, he has also worked on several ventures in the mortgage industry while specializing in residential construction lending; experience that is highly beneficial to many prospective homebuyers. Today he operates and oversees all aspects of operations in the development of highly desirable properties in Dallas’ better neighborhoods.
